TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All items are hand made, with many being made to order 
• Colours: Please be aware that colours may vary slightly from the website pictures as our items are hand-made
• Delivery times will vary depending on what has been ordered, if it needs to be created and if there are any bespoke colours/designs that have been asked for 
• The Playful Therapist will contact you if the delivery time-frame is different to what has been advertised on our website.  
  
• Refunds are available on items which have not been customised, made to customer specifications or are sold as 'imperfect'.  If you are unhappy with your product, please get in contact within 3 days of the item being dispatched. You will have 14 days to return the item (buyer pays return postage) and a refund will be issued once the item has been returned as long as it is returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition 
• Damaged and faulty items. Please get in contact within 24 hours of receiving items that are damaged or faulty.  Refunds and replacements will be decided on a case by case basis
• We are unable to accept responsibility for items lost in the post
• International Delivery: If your country is not listed, drop us a message and we will see what we can do
